Classes will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays and will last 1 hour
Station #5 @ 1800
Three workouts/week
Two will be instructor led at station
Third will be posted online for you to do on your own
All classes will be posted online if you are not able to attend
MGFD Members and Spouses Invited to attend classes
